My first book is out in October, and I've been contacting venues all over NYC, most of which don't even bother responding to my requests for more information. It's rough out there -- thanks for this post!Stephanie Rogershttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17745691711567675960noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4989462215449497614.post-25822245224397339572016-03-27T07:50:54.127-07:002016-03-27T07:50:54.127-07:00That sounds like excellent advice -- although I...That sounds like excellent advice -- although I'm at a loss for what "nice snacks" could possibly mean now! :) It also sounds like a lot of fun. Btw--by nice snacks, I don't mean Vienna Sausages, though I confess to loving them.Diane Lockwardhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07614479152159652577noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4989462215449497614.post-12996799719681699562016-03-26T17:42:51.417-07:002016-03-26T17:42:51.417-07:00Stories are a much tougher sell than poetry -- I f...Stories are a much tougher sell than poetry -- I feel for you in the struggle!
